H is a number

A joke that most people don't get that's mostly used in purposes of baiting switch.

H Is A Number (or H-roll) first became a thing on August 13th, 2020 when some users had a general discussion on discord, some people were talking about age restrictions.

"Users under 13 cannot use discord" someone said.

Of course, people were joking about someone being underaged after that message. Another user replied with:

"Age is a number, not a problem"

And that's where the joke basically began...

Some hours later, a user by the name of "undR/H cancer not allowed" posted a morse code that once translated said this:

"H is a number, just got H-rolled"
(There's numerous ones but this one is the most well known message)

From then on, the joke "H is a number" is not just used to warn moderators that users under 13 are on their discord server, but it's also used for morse code conversations, ending with the phrase "H is a number" or "-H" as a joke at the end of the message. Of course it's not just used on discord only, since it's a meme, it can spread from person to person.

Hey, did you know that H is a number ?

Diversity Numbers

Diversity Numbes is a phrase used by the elite to describe the degree to which a business’s or organization's workforce is not straight, white and male.

In most contexts, a workforce is considered diverse if it comprises a large contingent of non-white, non-male and non-heterosexual workers, but this is by no means a general rule, as evidenced by the tendency of Asians to be counted as "white" in some contexts and "non-white" in other contexts.

Many organizations, Google for example, game their diversity numbers by hiring a large contingent of "LGBTQ" workers who are white, and thus avoid the need to hire black people.

The phrase came into popular usage through its frequent appearances in Gawker, where it was used to measure the diversity of Silicon Valley firms.

Sam Biddle: "Facebook's diversity numbers are in, and they're terrible"

John Taylor: "What's wrong with them"

Sam Biddle: "They're really, really white"

John Taylor: "But it says here that the're 30% Asian. Also, isn't Facebook run by Jews?"

Sam Biddle: "yeah, Asians don't count, and Jews are white"

dirty number

A quantitative measurement of one's promiscuity to allow for easy comparison, bragging, etc. It is calculated by multiplying the number of sexual partners with the combined age difference. The combined age difference is calculated by adding the age difference to the most younger partner with the age difference of the most older partner.

If I have slept with 5 people, and the age difference to the most younger one is 2 years + the age difference to the most older one was 3 years, then my dirty number is

5*(2+3) = 5*5 = 30

My dirty number is 148, what's yours?.
