Panties which are smaller than the intended wearer's current size and intended to serve as motivation for her diet (course of action to reduce body weight, size, or fat) or to serve as a marker of when her diet has achieved its intended goal.

The aspiring ballerina purchased a pair of size double-zero lace panties with a 20-inch waist and said to herself, "I will not eat solid food until I fit into these dieting panties. Slang for a period, menstrual cycle, etc.
Makes a largely visual comparison between menstrual blood and that really cool scene from Kill Bill V1 (or any other other massacre, for that matter).

Also refers to the hormonal anger brought on by periods.

Arm Panties

Those totally un-cool arm sleeves that were first worn by professional bicycle riders because they ride from low valleys (hot temps) up to mountain tops (much colder). These removable sleeves can be rolled down to the wrist, or removed & kept in a pocket.

Lately, runners and all sorts of athletes (term used loosely) are wearing these things. Very not cool. Who the hell do you think you are, Lance Armstrong??

While trail running the other day with friends, we saw 2 dudes wearing arm panties. We followed them for miles and gave them un-ending shit.
