A person who can't mind their own business spreads rumors and lies instead of congratulating someone they admire. They get their group of ignorant followers, who rely on voodoo and tarot card readings, to use technology to harass and intimidate their target online, thinking the person is oblivious to their actions. However, the target knew from the start and sees them as foolish or feels sorry for them because they might be mentally challenged.
