This medical procedure, though often claimed to be, is not a woman's right nor is it a human right due to it not occurring naturally without scientific and/or third party intervention. That is actually what a miscarriage would/should be defined as.
An abortion can't be a "right" because they are not naturally found occurring without medical or another's assistance.
