A baked idiot is someone who has smoked so much weed that even simple tasks seem impossible, or take too much extra time.

When you go to your local school, be it high school, middle school ect, and you get into the paper/cardboard dumpster close it all up and clam bake it like you would in your car. This usually occurs in middle school since noone has cars at that point.
