Also commonly referred to as a dub-kong by parkour athletes, a double kong is a variant of a specific vault known as a kong vault. A double kong takes the original premise of a long vault but allows for it to be performed over large distances. Weather it is being used over one large object or a distance between two, the double kong requires two separate hand placements at the beginning and end of the vault.
