South Carolina may suck statistically but is a cool state overall. It's a state seeped in rich history and and has a wide range of landscapes. We've got marshes, beaches, mountains, and the midlands. If you like the beach you would want to see Charleston or Myrtle Beach. Charleston is the most sophisticated and cosmopolitan city in S.C. and Mt. Pleasant is one of the nicest towns too. Myrtle Beach is a tacky tourist attraction and sucks even worse now that the Pavillion is gone. Charleston has good shopping and you can find designer stores all along King Street and on Saturday mornings you can visit The Market to buy local crafts like sweetgrass baskets. Other good places to visit in S.C. are Hilton Head and Kiawah Island which both have good golfing. Columbia is the state capital but isn't that fun but Camden is a cool little town sort of similar to Charleston (just minus the beach). But no matter where you go in S.C. you will always experience our Southern charm and hospitality...except if you're from Ohio.
Johnny Ohio: Man I hate South Carolina! I hate all the people and their accents and the obsession with sweet tea and grits! I think I will contuinously complain about South Carolina and compare it to Ohio every damn second!
Native: Why did you move here then? You clog up our highways, litter our beaches, and destroy our wetlands. You complain about everything we do and try to change our way of life. If you hate us as much as we hate your Yankee asses why did you come here?

The region of Southern New Jersey, close to Philadelphia, generally middle to upper- middle class.
Often credited by inhabitants only for its convenience stores & (other) inhabitants, who (according to the former) apparently are all assholes.
Political opinion varies per town. Per acre, really. Far left, walk a few blocks, far right.
Highly suburban areas place great emphasis on the youth commmunity, with its good public schooling & numerous trashy high-class shopping outlets.
Most adults aged 30+ are in the suburbs to raise a family. Often through a lifetime of hard work, Baby Boomers settle in a 'nice neighborhood' in SJ only to yield offspring not nearly as disciplined or adept to the outside world.
Most youths who complain about South Jersey stay there, due to inactivity developed from years of complaining.
Most youths, for better and for worse, fall into social categories. Devotion to these labels vary.
Grass covers the highway medians, which is more than North Jersey can say. Wooods still line roads & backyards, and parks, lakes, & pines are but a short drive away.
Rednecks still prevail on the outskirts of suburbia.
A generally nice place to live & grow up.
One of the best places to live in the world in terms of safety, economy, environment, education, etc.
We still complain though. it's not perfect.

S: No, I've got a hoagie from WaWa.
N: I didn't know you liked cold cuts.

N: Did you see that show in NYC?
S: No, I saw one in Philly.
N: How do you say 'water'?
S: 'water'.
N: OMG! What about 'coffee'?
S:'coffee'.

The Crunkiest, Hardiest, and Most Lethal side of Houston, Texas. It is mostly populated with Mexicans. Crips run the South East, but dont mind the SLOBS, cuzz they aint about shit.

a school that is much larger than most high schools, but still finishes, for the most part, winless at the end of a season in every sport, with an exception of soccer (which no1 cares about ne way) so it is safe to say that south milwaukee is the most untalented high school in the state of wisconsin

The better part of New Jersey. Yes, we have Camden, but overall we are the better half of the state. House prices aren't ridiculous, we have fewer factories, and we have the Jersey Shore. Plus, we roll with Philly, which is a much cleaner and less shitty city than New York.

The dirty south is all of da south specially the ones off the gulf coast including Florida, Georgia, Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana, and yes Texas(if you dont think so you stupid, they country and very much south not mid west dummy)Tennessee, Arkansas , South and North Carolina, and actually kentucky ass well.
