Ratchet is a term used to describe girls who publicly drink long islands while doing TikTok dances in public.

Ratchet means "rat shit ghetto." This term originated amongst many Deep South rappers - namely a song by Lil Boosie called "Do Tha Ratchet"on a 2006 album called "United We Stand, Divided We Fall," but had been in other Boosie mixtapes.
Ratchet refers to generally being from the ghetto.
