basically the hours (most specifically AT NIGHT) where you are/get the most affectionate and are practically drunk on sleep, therefore it is called mimir hour(s)
also, it is also the hour(s) where you are the most dumb and braindead/delusional

"hey tootz! is 9:00-12:00 mimir hour for you?" "yes, now leave me alone i go mimir, aka go be alone by myself while going in and out of consciousness"

Solid Hour

Too sleep for an hour when your on holiday, or anywhere where an hour of sleep is needed

But it cant be for more than an hour
