A fictional disease in where the subject bottles up negative emotions for too long, causing the subject's eyes and mouth to fill up with a tar-like substance until they either suffocate or tell someone their feelings.

Your teeth soften and fall out in your sleep and can cause you to swallow them.
Finally your heart speeds up bursting and you will bleed out internally.
