Its a contradiction with the same meaning as holy crap. It is an interjection that is used when something isn't right or you forgot something to express your angst.

hell in a cell

A brutal match type of the WWE and a signature match type of the Undertaker. Contestants are locked in a cell which is similar to the steel cage, but wider and with a roof. Every once in a while, competitors will end up on top of hell in a cell.

Mankind got thrown off of hell in a cell by the undertaker.

Ron, from Harry Potter, usually says it. It's basically his favorite phrase.

You can use this when you are either surprised or shocked at something.

Person 1: "Hey, I just realised I can fly!"
Person 2: "Bloody hell! Woah!"

A phrase commonly used in polls. If you see "What the hell is this?" as a poll option, it would usually have a lot of votes.
