A term used to describe contact hockey with brutal hockey players. Usually consists of good hockey players, who gave up the dream, playing contact hockey against players that can barely skate (tri-pods). Because the brutal players cannot skate, their eyes are focused on their skates, hence, head in the dirt, like an ostrich. Furthermore, they cannot protect themselves, and are subject to devastating body contact.
College club hockey is a good example of this.
"Hows the league stuey?" "Ostrich hockey, guys skating with their heads down. These guys can get hurt out there."

The art of one huge, heavily padded ice hockey player slamming the opposition heavily padded ice hockey player into the wall as hard as possible, preferably with the intention of putting the opposition in so much pain they can no longer play. This move is generally done by skating as fast as possible and then using shoulders and hips, bashing into the other player and using the gathered momentum to crush the said player between yourself and the wall

I am talking to this girl in the parking lot outside of a strip club and "she says do you want to see my tits?". So I pulled the shirt up over her face pinning her arms up over her head, smacked her in the face, turned her around and started fucking her from behind.
