Accidentally making eye contact with a random person in public a second time, making things really awkward.
Effects of the second eye lock include trying not to look in the general direction of the person you locked eyes with & other general awkwardness.
The second eyelock is one of the most awkward things that can occur to you in public, apart from the Third Eyelock, which is too awkward to define.
I just made the second eyelock with this guy across the room. Now it's really awkward between us.

Now they have proven themselves worthy and are anointed a second time, and sealed up unto godhood, i.e., they are now guaranteed to become a God and Goddess, because they have been so righteous.
It consists of two parts - the first one in the temple, and the second one by the couple in their own home.
