A phrase I've seen being used alot when people agree of someone's opinion. That's what I think it means atleast, because of context clues.

Phrase. Similar to "word trick". Used at times when the word "trick" may be inappropriate, or when the speaker wants to get the same feel as the phrase "word trick" but without being like everyone else who uses the phrase.
