Term for a male aged 16-21 from Northern New Jersey who pretends to be a "city boy" from New York. A Jersey Boy is often of Italian descent and pretends to be "hard as shit" despite having in all probability grown up in an upper-middle class suburban neighborhood. Often Jersey Boys will smoke at least 2 packs of cigarettes a day, their only larger daily expenditure of money being on hair gel and ripped jeans. Often Jersey Boys will "talk shit about everything" despite "not knowing anything". The most common staples of a Jersey Boy's vocabulary include "fuck", "thats fucking bullshit", "what are you some kind of faggot", and "...me and the boys..." In defiance of biological fact, 99% of all Jersey Boys have black hair, and are often attracted to girls who most people would describe as either, in a good way, "freak(aaaaa)y" or in a bad way, "skanky". Most Jersey Boys will grow up to marry a woman they do not love, and have multiple kids who they will barely know, which suits their personalities as it will permit them to continue to "talk shit" long after their primes.

New Jersey is the epitome of what the United States of America wishes it were as a whole: an affluent, educated, close-knit, and generally safe place to live. We have more millionaires and diners here than anywhere else, and we like it that way. We feel the need to drop the "New" in our name since no one gives a shit about the "old" Jersey across the Atlantic, so fuck them. Accent? Yeah, what's it to ya?--Joisey? Fuck that asshole whoever spread that rumor. The people here are in fact better than anyone in your third-world state since they know you are just a scuzz trying to blindly badmouth the best place on Earth due to pure jealosy. Girls here aren't skanky, and we drive fast because we actually have shit to do, unlike your hillbilly self who sits around playing the banjo or some shit. In conclusion, you wish you were a resident in the greatest state ever concieved.

The eastern most part of New Jersey known for its beaches. And for all those people who say "there is no beach in NJ you go down the shore." No local of the " true " jersey shore says that, we go to the beach. "true" jersey shore is from central to souther NJ. Nothern NJ and New Yorkers are bennies.

if you live in jersey its just the shore, its only called by the jersey shore by out-of-staters that want to talk trash about it. (and i personally say they should go back to their "beaches")
the shore's the best place to party at, whether its spring break, memorial day weekend, or all summer. known for the bext parties around, craziest guys and girls go down there to party it up.
tan by day, party by night. the nights are spent drinking, playing beer pong, flip cup, keg stands, and smoking up. the morning are spent sobering up & laying on the beach waiting for the next day.
