1. A rather large large pit with many kids mashin' and running laps. Started some time in the 80's, it's often a good idea to sort of two step but faster than usually. Onlookers should be encouraged to shove, punch and trip, it makes for some good times

A crowd wherein people it consists of beat up each other with th rage of the music, which is mostly rock, metal, (and in some sad cases) emo concerts.
Someone kicked my face in that mosh pit at that KiTTiE concert.

When you do a quick sniff of your armpits to make sure you don't have B.O. People often make pit stops after going to the gym, being extremely close to other people, or on hot days.
I just made a pit stop to make sure that I didn't need to reapply deodorant.

Mosh pit- real pits are found at hardcore shows. Done when a hardcore band has fast bass beats. A bunch of people at a show have an area where they hardcore dance - floor punch, spin kick, wind mill, ext. also in large groups many people link together and knock into as many people as possible. most of them are skinheads, not nescasaraly racist skinheads. It's polite to pick up a fellow mosher that has been knocked over. Metal pits are full of drunk men that fall into eachother and act like monkeys on heroin.
some hardcore moshpits are seen at the following shows- madball, agnostic front, hatebreed, sick of it all, blah blah blah.

When dinner time came around, we all gatherer around the stew-pit to get some stew from the stew-maker for dinner.
