The word rizz points to a demographic of people, often male, who possess the ability and skills to flirt and/or seduce a person of interest to them. Using words like "skibidi" or "ohio" are used as intensifiers in the word "rizz" For example, someone saying "Skibidi ohio rizz" compared to "rizz" gives the sentence more power. It is a shortened slang of "Charisma", and it is commonly used to describe the qualities of a person who is fantastic at making friends, building relationships and flirting.
