emo has become the new style in middle/high class society today. people want to become emo to get attention. sorry, but i didnt think that wearing your jeans so tight that you can see your tiny little genitals was very attractive...um and neither is your stupid black hair swoosh covering your eye. umm..and neither is your stupid tiny black t-shirt that is so tight that you can see your nipples, ummm and niether are the FAKE cuts on your wrists. mostly middle/high class teenagers are becoming emo. wow, so they have to complain about there oh-so-terrible lives. well im sorry that your girlfriend dumped you, ummm dont kill your self (pussy). emos are pussy ass bitches who think that it is cool to complain and to listen to there music which consists of skinny white males in there high pitched whiny voices singing about how their life just couldnt suck more. the sad part is that emoness is starting to take over little kids as well..like middle schoolers these days are also starting to become emo!!!! omg..............................i think im gonna go cry now and sit in my dark room and listen to stupid whiny-ass music while i cut myself with my fake plastic razor....you know what! go die! i couldnt care less.

emo.. is a name for people who are not happy with there life all the ttim or people who can love it one minute then hete it the next.
unlike chavs emos have a heart and dont hang around at skate parks for no reason.
sure some emos cut themselcves but its just a way to let out hurt and anger. but some don't. simply because they don't want to. if that is so hard to understand then i give up on people like you.
btw i am not an emo but i like the hair and the clothes and the music but i am NOT an emo but i luv emos to pieces!

Ok, emo and punk are NOT alike at all. Goth and emo also not a like at all. Emo is just a new bullshit genre of music and new style that steals it's sounds and look from other things.
Emo is a style that has becoem popular, mainly teens pretending to be depressed for attention, dressing like tranvestites mixed with clothing from other styles and genres, make up sad stories also for attention, and some are dumb enough to go to self mutilation to fit in or get attention.

Punk: *curbs* Stop fucking crying, my parents just kicked me out and my brother died of a heroin overdose and I'm not fucking complaining.

A subgenre of hardcore music originating mainly from the D.C. hardcore punk scene in the late 1980s. The word is an abreviation of 'emocore'. Hardcore was mainly about politics and anger. Fugazi were the first emo band and their first album , '13 Songs', talked more about their emotions leading to the creation of the word.
Emo is now a word used by people with very small vocabularies for anybody bohemian/alternative (i.e. those who do not wear trackies or listen to rap music)
Emo bands include - Fugazi, Lifetime, Sunny Day Real Estate, Jets To Brazil, Jawbreaker, Texas is the Reason, Mineral.
Emo bands do NOT include - Green Day, My Chemical Romance, Lostprophets and more.

emos are the most anoying off all groups of people. they have poisoned a lot of the rock and metal culturer and turning it in to a boring homosexual and suicidal shit i my self am a metalhead and would love to kill them all together i would rather be a chav than an emo
