An exclamation said when referring to something very cool
"Holy cool! look at that iPhone!"
"You can actually do that?! HOLY COOL!"
The type of Mom how thinks she is very cool and tries to show kids her hip moves even though she can't dance for her life. She learns all the things of the day from her teenaged children but still doesn't get half of it and has to use Google. When she does learn stuff it is usually months after no one else says it. A Cool Kathy is just a fun-loving nice mother who just can't admit that is no longer cool.
Kathy to kids: " You know what I am a Cool Kathy and you are all Karen's."
{Cool Kathy starts attemting to dance}
The kids who had friends over begin to bash their heads into the table

when someone does something that is not acceptable, "Not cool man!" is usually an appropriate phrase to inform them that what they did was not nice, cool, funny, or tolerated by society, or just you.
Uncool guy: My butt is so awesome....
Cool guy: Not cool man!
