When something (an environment or event) gets you so excited that you do something outrageous in reaction. Origin is possibly from the Flo Rida song of the same name.

"Look at you - first 50 degree day after winter and you aren't wearing a jacket - you don't know how to act..."

Law & Order School of Acting

A fictional place used to describe the mediocre acting talents typically portrayed by single-episode characters on Law & Order, Law & Order: SVU, and Law & Order: Criminal Intent.

Dan: Wow, this movie sucks. I feel like I'm being molested in the eyes.

Ryan: Dude, I know. Everyone in this movie must've graduated from the Law & Order School of Acting.

This was a very popular saying among US Military personel around the late 60's and early 70's. It was used very heavily by soldiers in Vietnam, Republic of. Depending on how it was used, it could be used as a question, a filler, or a rebuke. Excellent examples of its usage can be heard in the movie "Hamburger Hill" starring Dillon McDermot.

Dam man! You just tripped all over my shit! How you gonna' act!

blow pops (sex act)

The act of having your dick sucked in such a manner that the person sucking you dick inserts it entirely into their mouth and throat, slowly drags it out (sucking on it firmly all the while) then pulls the head out of their mouth as they continue to suck firmly on it, producing a loud popping sound.

"My girl gave me blow pops (sex act) last night, it was fucking amazing. Blew a huge load all over her face."
