The emoticon :D only with a nose, top hat, mustache, goatee, and is mad. Not seen commomly, but can be used in IM or emails. It's a sometimes used as a reference of an evil magician.

The 'c)' is the top hat.
The '>:' are the mad eyebrows and eyes.
The '^' is the nose.
The '{' is the mustache.
The 'D' is the mouth
The '>' is the goatee

C-low

A dice game, played with 3 die, where the highest roll wins, unless 4-5-6 is rolled, this being 'C-low'. Basically, 4-5-6 takes all. Other than C-low, 6-6-6 is the highest roll, naturally

1-2-3 is the enemy, you never wanna see em again
6-6-6 is the devils mix, and in this games the devis your friend
4-5-6 makes you king of the roll, then you take in all the dough
cause the only way to beat the devils mix is 4-5-6 C-low!

Someone who mentally still lives in the 1980's-early 1990's era of large hair,Wild parties, past Drinking and drugging,womanizing, Harleys, fast cars, ocassional problems with the law and absolutely no plans to change it.
It can be a good thing and also very bad.

Derived from "cock-rocker"

invented in 1992.

"Quit actin like a C-Rockerdude" Noun.
"Man that party was C-Rock as hell!" ADJ.
"We were acting like some seriousC-Rockers at the club brother!"

ex. If Poison or Motley Crue would do it, it is probably C-Rock.
