The nub is the leftover stem on a retail ready acocado. It is predominantly used to determine the avocado's degree of ripeness. Like the peel, it is not recommended for consumtion.
The term appeared first in a WhatsApp dialogue between Niko and Rachie in late 2019.
"Is this avocador ripe yet? Dunno, check the nub."
An awesome person who everyone can like because nubs are known to be very awesome.

A nub, is in fact not a "noob," a nub is what you call someone who is being annoying or overall a trash player.
Nub: "Ew, you killed me a bunch of times, you're a tryhard!"
