Is unknown with how it was planned and you probably forgot how you got there if you don't constantly keep moving from forbe to forbe. Can be for starting anew; can be for relaxation or rehabilitation. Can be a great place to meet someone to date or marry.
Has different levels of society at the same time in different "bubbles" .. meaning one full quantity that fills the forbe can have 2 to 3 more times as many people but with different events.
