When your computer hardware or its operating system reduces your video game Frame Rate to below 10 FPS due to it's inferior quality compared to the game you are playing.
Rick continually died in his WoW Raid due to being Frame Raped by his crappy computer.

Noun: basic bitch, a girl or grown ass woman who is always changing guys but not the scenario. She takes the picture of ex boyfriend out of the frame and puts in the next boyfriend. It's a continuous process...all the guys are the same, they are the new "daddy" or "next husband" in the frame.
Oh my god , I can't believe what a frame changer that girl is! Next week she will be done with Joe and Johns picture will replace his, such a frame changer !
A scary game for the PS2 that deals with ghosts, from the looks of it the game is somewhere along the storyline of The Ringu. You play as a young girl who went to a haunted mansion to find her bro. While there you find his magic camera that defeats ghosts, and you get caught up in an adventure to stop the evil in the mansion. The feeling you get playing this game is sorta like that feeling you get when you play Silent Hill 3 in the dark.
While Fatal Frame is a scary game, the controls are sorta confusing sometimes.
Fatal Frame will is the game to get if you want to know just how bad ghosts are.

Framing Hanley is a five-piece American post-hardcore band that formed in 2005 in Nashville, Tennessee, and released their first studio album in 2007. Lead singer & songwriter Kenneth Nixon, guitarists Ryan and Brandon, bassist Luke and drummer Chris came together to form Framing Hanley and quickly gained a large following in Nashville. First formed in 2005, the band posted some demos of their songs on the bands myspace page. In November 2006, these demos were discovered by Brett Hestla, former Creed bassist and frontman of Dark New Day. Hestla helped the young Nashville based quintet record a 2 song demo in his Florida studio which captured the attention of Jeff Hanson (Creed, Sevendust, Paramore) and his record label Silent Majority Group. The band recorded their debut album, The Moment, with Hestla in Orlando, Florida. The disc was released in August 2007 and includes the single "Hear Me Now". In November of 2008, Framing Hanley released The Moment Deluxe Edition with a cover of Lil Wayne's "Lollipop" song. The band has since toured with Evans Blue. According to an interview with Kenneth Nixon, up until the end of 2006, the band was called a different name, Embers Fade. Nixon stated that "our drummer's fiancΓ©e Ashley Hanley passed away in October of 2006. She was a best friend of the rest of the band, and we wanted to do something to somewhat honor her. She used to take pictures for our band, hence 'framing.' Naming our band Framing Hanley was the least we could do for someone that means so much to us."

I left my facebook account connected yesterday and Mark took the opportunity to post "I like penises" on my wall, I hate it when he profile frames me.
