A subjective (meaning not factual) interpretation or personal view or critique of something.

Unlike what some people might believe, an opinion cannot be right or wrong, because right and wrong are terms that imply factual (in)accuracy or 'truth'. Considering opinions are not facts, they cannot be true or false. Opinions can only be weak or strong, depending on the accuracy of the information that supports them.

Person A: ''I think that game is terrible. For most of the game, you're just pressing a button really fast in order to escape enemies. I don't like doing that, because I prefer something skill-demanding.''

Person B: ''Well, I actually like that. I think it makes the game more tense, like you actually know how hard the characters need to run away from the enemy. You're exhausted afterwards, and the visual of an enemy running after you makes the game more scary. That makes the game better than it was, in my opinion.''

- Hanna, James, Kate , Ashley and I where having a conversation about global warming, and Kate said "global warming is nothing to worry about at all!" I wanted to slap her but she is entitled to her own opinion even if it is stupid.
