The act of running, but when heart rate goes to a specific number (user defined), running stops, and walking begins, until heart rate drops to desired level, where person begins running again until when and if maximum heart rate is pierced.
When same person does this activity more than once in a day, it is called moreronning.
Hey, I went ronning with the boys this morning. We mostly ran, and only walked twice.
Ronned, as in "getting Ronned" is the act of being dealt a heavy dose of truth and common sense.

Having uncontrollable bowel movements. The inability to control ones bowel movements. To eat rotten food and then have explosive diarrhea.
I ate some rotten shrimp and then had The Rons so bad I had to change clothes.

To get directly landed on by someone who has just fallen at least 50 feet, resulting in serious injury, pain, loss of friends, or death. Usually done over water, but is currently acceptable in any situation.
Guy 1: He just got Ronned!
Guy 2: I think he's dead.
Guy 1: I got Ronned last weekend.
Guy 2: Are you alright?

"Rons" - regular one-night stand. The guy/girl you sleep with, no emotional attachment, like one-night stands but over a period of time. e.g. fuck buddies
