Gaffer: a boss or team leader
Dazzle: to impress and misdirect

To mystify and impress one’s superiors to believe you are performing important and difficult work, only to be slacking off and enjoying some relaxation at the office.

Coworker: “wow, the boss was really impressed with the financial reports that were auto generating on your computer when he walked past”

You: “Na, it’s just the screen saver I put on while I’m sitting on the shitter wasting company time. I can do a quality gaffer dazzle”
