Crowd-Nonce or Crowd-Noncing in sports (typically football) is to insult/taunt the opposition fans for their home/away support regarding numbers - this can happen before, during and/or after the game has concluded.
This is usually by fans of clubs who get good support home & away however are extremely insecure about how their team is actually performing.
"He is being a crowd nonce because his club has 4k more fans on average each week, even though his team just got slapped 4-0 by ours"
