The acronym verbatim is "Big Beautiful Woman"

The meaning is that whomever uses this term is the worst kind of person. She is fat and usually disgustingly so(not thick, not pleasingly plump, not big-boned, sure as fuck not "curvy", or any other empowering word to put a positive spin on her obesity). However she is delusional enough to think she has any physically attractive qualities.

Note: Obesity doesn't make them the worse kind of person, its thinking they are beautiful/empowered or better than average while being fat. Similar to a borderline retarded valley girl who thinks she is anywhere near or above an IQ of 100

Some say that it refers to fat women whose face is still attractive, however any face bloated with krispy kreme donuts and fried chicken cannot ever be attractive ... especially when the disgusting stretch-marked tits and cottage cheese arms/thighs distract from the face.

Guy A: "I was at a club and some disgusting sow tried to hit on me. When I said 'I'd rather mount a wildebeast,' she coped an attitude and she was a BBW and outta my league"

Guy B: "I hate that, not only is she fat, but thinks it is somehow okay or even attractive. If there were any justice it would be legal to punch anyone who refers to themselves as BBW"

Guy A: "I know, the same goes for those creepy little guys with no self-respect who empower these whales by sleeping with them. Some guys will stick their dick into anything!"

Guy B: "Mark me down for electrical outlet or meat grinder before a chick who refers to herself as a BBW!"

Stands for "Big Beautiful Woman". A term used by the fat acceptance movements and on fat fetish websites that is entering the mainstream.

1. Used to describe a woman whose weight to height ratio would make her "overweight" or "obese" on her BMI.

2. Any woman larger than the stereotypical American ideal of beauty (an anorexic model), whether or not she would be considered actually overweight.

3. A woman smaller than an {SSBBW}. Usually they are around 200 pounds--plump but with few actual rolls of fat.

1. My girlfriend is fifty pounds overweight now but I find her even sexier--I must have a thing for BBWs!

2. Expecting a woman to have to be a size zero before she can be considered sexy is insane--BBWs unite!

3. BigGurl: If I'm 300 pounds, should I list myself as a BBW or an SSBBW in my ad on this website?
Plump_Princess: ... um, not sure. I think SSBBWs are usually so big they're immobile, though? More around 400-500 lbs. ...?
