1) when you think you see a hot chick and it's a dude with long hair. 2) When you think you see a hot chick from afar, but upon the close up walk by you see that she was a 'good from afar, but far from good'. 3) When you are checking out a hot chick who is walking by, you pause and wait to look as she passes behind you and the chick that actually walks by and you look at is a hag.
