A category of drugs that can be legally prescribed but are the most stringently monitored because of their potential for abuse and {diversion. Schedule II drugs include stimulants such as cocaine, amphetamine and opiates such as fentanyl, which is far more dangerous than heroin, even though the latter is Schedule I. While Schedule I drugs have been deemed as having "no medical value" and cannot be prescribed because they are presumably the most dangerous, Schedule II drugs are generally far more dangerous and addictive than Schedule I drugs. The fact that non-lethal drugs such a cannabis, and psychedelics such as LSD and peyote are Schedule I drugs say more about the period when the schedules were created (as part of the 1970 Controlled Substances Act, under Nixon) than they do about the actual danger of the drugs.
Dr. Feldman's ability to prescribe Schedule II drugs was suspended after the DEA noticed he was prescribing thousands of Percocets at a time to six buxom women he knew from Temple.

Neoquest II is an rpg game played through the site Neopets, located at www.neopets.com
It consists of five acts which will take you travelling across five of the Neopian worlds.
It is your mission to save Neopia from destruction using the skills of Rohane. Along the way you will pick up companions, firstly Mipsy, then Talinia and finally Velm.
There are three modes to play the game in, normal, evil and insane, and you are awarded prizes and a trophy on the completion of each one. The prizes are better according to which difficultly you play on, but you must however play normal before you can proceed to evil, and evil before you can preceed to insane.
It is a very long-winded game with much fighting of undead creatures along the way, but many believe it is worth it (and some believe it is fun!) for the prizes given out.
It took me at least six months to complete Neoquest II.

amazing movie about this guy named jigsaw who plays games with people and if they dont finish the games, they die. but if they can complete their games they can get a whole new outlook on thier lives. a sequel to saw 1 obviously. really good movie very gory and the ending is one of those things were you go "oh he was planning this all along oh shit"
saw II is a fuckin great movie evryone should see it even if your squeammish and dont like that kind of stuff

SOCOM II is the best online game for the PS2. It is an over-the-shoulder Military Shooter based off Navy SEALs and their operations.
The most popular online console game.
Operativ is the best SOCOM II player there is.
Ghost Recon 2 doesn't have shit on SOCOM II.

One of the worst people in history
He was Belgium's king from 1865-1909, and created a nation known as the Congo Free State in 1878.
During this time, rubber was needed more than ever. So he enslaved the population, and forced them to harvest rubber, which he would later sell. If people didn't meet quotas, their hands would be severed, or they'd be flogged. Those who refused to work were executed. He conscripted a private army known as the Force Publique, and drafted members from local tribes
During this time, they had to import their ammo from Europe, which was very expensive. They also fought wars with local tribes. So they made a system to save ammo: When his soldiers killed a man for not fulfilling the quota, they cut off his hand as proof. But the soldiers used the ammo to hunt, so to cover for the loss of bullets, they cut people's hands off while they were still alive. They would also use machetes in order to save ammo. They even cannibalized their victims.
One Christian pastor who came to this region described the horrors, noting "Wicker baskets filled with human hands. Every day, handless bodies would wash down the river. The houses of the overseers were adorned with human skulls in the front yard." The Belgian government eventually colonized the region, bringing an end to the Congo Free State.
It is estimated this killed over 10 million people in the Congo, roughly half the population. Yet, he is barely known in the world, only in Belgium and Africa.
More people should know who Leopold II was.
