Almost always used to describe poor minorities living near a city. This doesn't actually mean they live IN a city. Plenty of people live in a city, but would never be described as "inner city."
The inner-city schools are struggling to keep up with the rest of the nation.

The feeling you get that makes you jump higher, press buttons faster, and play Dance Dance Revolution better than you usually can.
Derka: "Gee, you press those buttons pretty darn fast."
Danny: "Damn right! I've got my Inner Asian going on"

Basically it means to have racist feelings to other ethnicities but not show it to ANYONE at all. This may lead to arguments with 2 people of a different race, but not necessarily about racism, although that is the reason why they´re arguing
Two forms of inner-racism are
A. To stereotype someone. YES THIS IS INNER-RACISM.
B. To be afraid of a specific ethnic group.
A.
Tj (thinking to himself): I bet this white boy is gonna say something corny
Tj: Hey Bill, what´s up?
Bill: The sky?
Tj: Uh huh...
Tj (thinking to himself): Of course
Bill: Are you hungry?
Tj: Yeah bro
Bill (thinking to himself): I bet he wants some KFC
Bill: How about some KFC?
B.
Bob arrives in Puerto Rico via plane.
Bob looks at the Puerto Rican natives.
Bob (thinking to himself): These people need to be "Americanized". These traditions are stupid
Juan, a Puerto Rican, watches Bob uneasily
Juan (thinking to himself): Look at that fucking American. Imperialist bastard!
Coincidently, Juan and Bob are working on a project together. All is friendly on the outside, but in the inside, they just fucking hate eachother.
Let´s be honest everyone has inner-racism

Finding something funny, but being unable to LOL (Laugh Out Loud) and Inner LOL is more appropriate.
Paul "Hey Adam, not like Phil to be late is it?" (Phil walks in @ 11:10)
Adam "Inner LOL" (Phil remains unaware)

Inner-tuition describes the process by which 'intuition' operates in our body and psyche.
Our gut mind contains more neurons than a cat's brain. It also operates 5 to 10 seconds ahead of our conscious mind. This has been confirmed by neuroscientists with MRI scanners.
This mind center actually steers us in the right direction and guides us in directions that are helpful to us whilst also protecting us from harm.
It is an illusion our conscious mind makes decisions. They are made ahead of time by the inner-tuitive guidance system in our gut.
When someone says, "I wish I had gone with my gut on this or that decision ..", what they were really saying was that they wished they had followed their inner-tuition.
Someone who either voluntarily or involuntarily gives information to another person. They are in charge of "filling in" the other person on what is happening.
As a resident of another state, Shea is my filler-inner by letting me know what happens in the area she lives.
