mexican

An undermined race in the United States. Although, their reputation as illegal immigrants proceeds them, they are actually the back bone of California's agriculture.

Often stereotyped as lazy, they are in fact the opposite. All fruits and vegetables that you see in safeway are picked by mexican's and or other illegal immigrants. this allows farm owners cheap labor. without mexican's our economy in agriculture would die. Without mexicans, the prices of fruit would rise.

Caucasion families,(usually on welfare) will use prejudice against hardworking mexicans to compensate for the fact that they, themselves, do not make an honest living.

Bubba: Look at them damn mexicans crossing the street. hell, they takin' america like a disease!

Jason: well bubba, once you actually get a job and work, maybe you'll appreciate the fact that mexicans do all the dirty work in america that you're ass is too lazy to do.

Bubba: yous a got damn spic lover, yous.

Mexican

1. A person who is born in Mexico; a citizen of Mexico.
2. A person who has ancestry or is ethnically from Mexico.
3. Term used, especially on the west coast, California, and southwestern states of the U.S., for all hispanics from Latin America. In other parts of the U.S., such as the east coast states and Florida, terms such as "Puerto Rican"/ "Hatian" and "Cuban"/ "Hatian" are used in place of "Mexican" to describe hispanics of those regions. It is mostly used for hispanics of low socioeconomic classes or from urban inner city areas, who are usually immigrants settling in those regions of the country in enormous numbers and sometimes, are perceived as burdening the state economies with unemployment while infesting those regional cultures with very large legal and illegal influxes of poor non-assimilatory populations. These immigrant populations usually do not assimilate at all into mainstream culture i.e. learn simple English, mingle with other cultures, attend college, etc. and this then tends to lead to cultural and linguistic isolation, economic hardship, low-income hispanic populations living forever on welfare, disgruntled youth and racial misunderstandings. It is used as a derogatory term.

"Goddamnit! All I see whenever I go to the malls here, are a bunch of loud and rude Mexicans. I started looking for a job back in Boston cus this place is just too overrun with Mexicans!"

mexican

A person who belongs or is related to Mexico. A person who was born in Mexico is a mexican. A person who was born in the United States from mexican parents is a mexican and an american as well, regardless of what some people may think.

There are mexicans who break the law, don't pay taxes, live on welfare, and are uneducated, true. There are white americans, and african-americans who break the law, don't pay taxes, live on welfare, and are uneducated, as well.

If a mexican holds a low wage job is because whether he doesn't speak the language or he doesn't have any "papers". If a mexican can figure out how to solve this issue, watch out!

If all male mexicans would look like Ricky Martin, and all female mexicans would look like Eva Longoria, all of them would be so much welcome in this country, wouldn't they?

When the term mexican is used as an insulting adjective, it doesn't just denigrates the person who gets the insult, also denigrates the person who says it.

"You shall love your neighbor as yourself."(Matthew 22, 37-39)

1) A mexican is a person who values and respects family, religion, and traditions.
2) A mexican is a person who supports unconditionally the mexican soccer team, in spite of everything and against all odds.
3) Mexican food is really good, most americans love it.
4) They tend to have a rather large family because most of them are Catholics, and this religion forbids the use of contraceptive devices, it's not our fault, we're proud of our family.
5) Mexicans are hard working people, willing to do what no one else is willing to do, in some cases.

mexican

Slang term.. created by Americans to describe people south of the U.S. boarder. Mexicans are known to live in rent houses usually six to twelve in a normal two bedroom dwelling. Nowadays local Governments are cracking down. The modern Mexican's are usually illiterate and are left with menial jobs such as ditch digging, lawn mowing, cleanig houses or motel rooms.

"These Mexicans should learn english like all the other immigrants have. I wonder why they can't learn our language poor people".
