An uninformed usually young person or 'nipper' engaging in generally unfavourable 'mince-like' activities typical of his/her age, a little mince nipper.

An adjective given to someone or something that is always on you about doing a certain action and won't stop bothering you until the action has been done. Can also be applied for saying that someone is being an "ass nipper" to someone else

Those really dumb-ass looking rear spoilers that extend more than 1 foot above the trunk of a car. These are usually attached to rice rockets, and for the most part only ever used by nips and chinks with these rediculous wings.
Good lord! Check out that 4-foot nipper wing on the back of that Civic! Hey, that car is driverless! Oh no wait it's just a short Chinese guy.

An activity or past time popularized in toronto. Similar to cow tipping, but instead you sneak up behind a nipper (asian) that is fishing and you tip them into the water!
