When a (usually) male individual dons a mask, and exposes their private parts to a Ring doorbell camera system.
I was bored last Friday, so I dug out an old Halloween mask and ran around the neighbourhood ringing all the smart doorbell users.

1. When someone says or does something that is so unbelieveable that it leaves you speechless, what they did was ringe.
