When your snack has been taken from you, or you take someone’s snack. Either of these are not ok.
Human: I had a piece of cold pizza on the counter, and now it’s gone. Which one of you jerks pulled a snacky takey? Hmm?
Animal: Rufus! You’ve had your treat! That one belongs to Boots!!! No Snacky Takey. Bad dog.
A snack taken in during lunch which either defeats the purpose of lunch, or supplements an existing lunch.
Q: We're going to the store; do you want anything?
A: How's about a lunchtime snacky?
Snacky is that feeling when you want food but not a meal.
"Did you see Kort? He was super snacky today."
A superior form of Munchies that can still be tied to smoking weed, but not necessarily.
"I'm gonna pick up some snackies on my way home"
"Do we have any snackies in the cupboard?"
