Coming from the name of the popular film "Tropic Thunder" a Tropic Chunder is when either a lady or a man is sick (chunder) after drinking Tropical vodka drinks.

This style of dress is especially appropriate for tropical-like climates. Distinct from business jungle because it is more formal, and tropical print shirts are seen as passe and out of touch.
