A sudden feeling that you've done something before,
usually caused by a glitch in the matrix.

Malarke: ...Wait, didn't I just say that? Woah.. Deja Vu.

Page-A-Vu

The eerie feeling you have visited a web-page before.

The site looked so familiar, I experienced Page-A-Vu, even though I've never been there before.

deja vu

deja vu is the strange feeling you get you when something happens that you feel like has happened before, but hasn't ever took place.

As New York Yankee great Yogi Berra would say, " It's deja vu all over again! "

nightja vu

1. That sensation you get in a dream where you suddenly recognize a place or situation from a previous dream, but when you wake up you can't remember if you actually had the previous dream earlier that night, earlier in your life, or if your mind simply rehearsed the first experience moments before presenting it to you.

2. When your current dream includes the consequences of events or things from a previous dream which you do not remember or may not actually have experienced.

Realizing you are in a nightja vu experience during the dreram itself is a kind of lucid dreaming.

Dreaming person: "The door to the guest bedroom is open. I'd better close it. Oh, Grampa's friend who came to visit accidentally left his stuff here! ... Wait a minute, I don't remember him actually visiting. This must be nightja vu."

Dreamja vu

When the sight of a person or thing brings back a vague memory and/or feeling of a dream you had the previous night. More likely than not, the person experiencing the dreamja vu cannot remember any additional details of the dream, creating a deja vu-like feeling of "can't put my finger on it, but I remember it." Often causes interactions with the person or thing to take on a surreal feeling for the person experiencing dreamja vu.

This is not to be confused with suddenly remembering the entirety of a dream or a dream coming true.

Person 1: "Oh hey, Jennifer! ... Whoa, dreamja vu."
Person 2: "What?"
Person 1: "Oh, I think I had a dream about you last night."
Person 2: "What happened in it?"
Person 1: "No clue."
