Someone that tries to tell somebody they are more talented than they are and thinks they are effectively inflating the person's ego by doing it.
The dork thought she owned the place (even though she wasn't even from there) and tried to tell people that she thought werre weaker than her that they were more talented than they really were, thinking they actually believed or went for a word of the bullshit she said. Good thing for the people that knew who she was talking shit about, they knew she was full of shit and were never in danger of getting too inflated.
Someone that doesn't think a billionaire's party is as overrated as the other people that went to it, including the billionaire (usually because it's another oppurtunity for the dork to see and be seen which equals power to the dork, and it's another oppurtunity to gain status, money/funds, and connections).
The dork was the one that always tried to make the parties seem more exciting and intriguiging than they actually were, but would still talk about hype coming from other people besides him/her.
Someone that wants to be a socialite at the financial expense of others.
The dork wanted to go around like she owned the place she wasn't even originally from, she wanted the kind of power to do that, and the money was just a means to an end.
Someone that desperately wants to be a socialite, someone relevant.
The dork thought she was the new guard, sent to take over the socialite world by storm, and kick out all the longtime, unique, or original inhabitants of the town to do it. She was one vicious girl.
Someone that wants to be a socialite. Someone that has to pretend to be somebody else to get accepted by a group of people, usually because their life would be boring, unoriginal, unimaginative, and plain without the pretense of being this other intriguing person that people are actually interested in/pay attention to, or want to know/want around.
The actress was a natural tomboy and was naturally loose in social situations, and the dork was so impressed by her that she was everything the dork wanted to be (except a scam artist/poseur). The actress wasn't someone people wanted to go away whenever she was around, even as herself, and that was the difference between the actress as herself and the dork when she tried to be herself.
Someone that thinks they are the most colorful person in a dull, mild, fake world.
The dork thought of the world and anyone in it that wasn't like minded to her was dull or mild.
Someone that thinks they are a lot more fun, exciting, colorful, revolutionary, and interesting than they actually are.
The dork was the girl everybody knew, but that nobody actually knew much, if anything about. The fun, exciting image was just a defense mechanism to keep anybody from knowing who she really was.
