Charlie Chan is cocaine, similar to the way Brits say "Charlie" as slang for coke. Charlie Chan came about because 'Charlie' is too well known and obvious so thus "Charlie Chan". This was also mentioned on the Beastie Boy's track Brass Monkey - "Ad Rock gets nice with Charlie Chan" - though he may have been referencing 'marijuana', not cocaine
Rocco: "Yo you know we got ladies comin' through tonite, lets call up Young Flaco to phone in that Charlie Chan."
Jokey: "Word cousin. Lets cop at least an 8-ball, one of them bitches that's comin is a fiend and she can do a gram to the head in like 10 minutes!"

Also a Cantopop star, an actor, a stuntman and a loving father.

A girl who's friends with everyone. She usually goes by Ay, and she'll only let her friends call her Ay-Chan. She's very energetic, and loves sports. She's very loud, and almost always steals the stage with her voice. She loves playing pranks and hanging with the guys. Although she may seem tiny or short (and absolutely adorable) her personality is quite the opposite. She'll beat you up if you ever call her cute, and she's a total feminist. Get to know her, and she'll make a great friend!

One of the few anime amusing shows on American TV, or at least IMO. Chronicles the (mis)adventures of a foul mouthed, lazy,rude, 5 year old pseudo super-hero girl (the title character, who often says "You Dumbass!"), a pet slug named Hanage (name translates to "Nose Hair"), a child-like, yet secretly selfish robot servent named Tetsko, a dysfunctional family of ants, a gay onion/landlord named Laylo, and a man who is Definitely the President (of everything).The show is bizarre, sensless, and seems to have been done under the heavy influence of drugs, but slowly grows on you.

A Singaporean guy who cannot stop talking about how much he hates Singapore even though he hasn't lived anywhere else. Likes complaining about stereotypical things like the lack fo muhh freedoms. Also cannot stop talking about his "life changing" back packing trips to the west.
Pei Wei is so chan brothers travels he hasn't been able to shut up about getting high on the golden gate brige since he got back. Fucking annoying sia!
