An asian that often lives in a poor ghetto area and tries to garner respect by spiking their hair, smoking, and wearing baggy and dark or white clothes. Many try to get a tattoo and try to join gangs but they look absolutely pathetic. They can often be seen driving an old honda with a ton of add-ons listening to either hip-hop or rap. Talks like a mix between fob and wannabe ghetto. Are often very short and hang around clueless girls who try to dress perverted and wear enormous amounts of make-up.

This term is used to describe scum (typically of the English scally kind) who think they are something they're not. They think they have status and/or impact on the world... when, in reality, they are about as commanding as a Pound Shop. They are, Pound Shop Gangsters.

A gentlemen whose social and communal tendencies gyrate around the general ambivalence of others regarding whether he truly is a finger-popping gangster simply at the beginning of his intricate development or a confused boy with no self identification simply mix-and matching factions that should be foreign to him with those that you would expect him to embrace.

It often comes when the zero-hour to make a move is near or has already passed. In an effort to prevent a lame time someone presses a decision past the zero-hour to salvage the day, night or "situation".
When announced the decision is not discussed and action is taken immediately by the group to make the decision a reality. The decision is always preceded with the statement "Alright I'm about to make a straight gangster decision..."
If you have any doubt people will not follow your decision keep your mouth shut, clearly you are not any type of leader.
