Very similar to a body high, a body feel is what you'd call a body sensation, drug induced or not, that is difficult to describe. Usually a pleasant floaty feeling or a zoning effect.

Also commonly used by people with / familiar with bipolar to describe the effects of mania or other brain chemistry effects.

When you look at your body and there is nothing about your body that you would change.

Used to describe someone who is absurdly thicc, thicc like oatmeal. Synonymous with rethicculous.
