Very common phrase used to express anger, contempt, disbelief or just to sound stupid.
Commonly used following the word "erm".
Teacher: "We're not on the computers today, get your pencils out!"
Brainrot pupil: "Erm, what the sigma!"
It has a similar meaning to "What the Hell" but is stupid brain rot.
Person 1: I got a 69% on my test
