The adult life and workplace equivalent of "teacher's pet". Generally is quite an astute and talented person work-wise (male or female) and does any thing - any - thing - from wiping the boss's arse to drafting acquisitions proposals, preparing presentations, ratting on fellow employees, to doing complex mathematical analyses.
However, is an idiot in personal life and doesn't ask for money worth his work and usually is abused by more than just the boss.

Being in boss mode is not efficient for all humanity, but for only the chosen ones. When being in boss mode you are in the pimpin zone or also know as being tight.
