Its a term that used to be meant for hate but has pretty much lost its meanin and become a word used to aress people,first black adressing black,but recently its lost its sting so that even white people(if known by the black) could get away with sayin it when adressin that black person

That Nigga is a proper title which refers to a man who is usually black. Often very sexy, respectable, and well liked and respected by all by all. He is an OG in alot of ways but not like an ignorant hoodrat. That Nigga while civilized can whoop you. That Nigga often has some sophistication.

Completely different from "nigger"
Used as more of a friendly term towards friends or anyone close, like a brother. Traditionally, blacks won't let whites say it unless they are close friends.
Traditionally not meant to be racist
Exanple 1
Guy1-"Yo wussup my nigga?"
Guy2- "nothin much."
Example 2.
White- "we've been friends for a while now and I was wondering...if I could call you myyy..."
