A crude yet ironically witty insult by a now banned forum member (volke) on the Taleworlds forum, for the game Mount&Blade.
This rapidly spread through the forum, aided by several people adding it to their signature. Due to the popularity of this insult, it evolved into a meme. See the other variations.

I've read many of these "urban definitions" of the "fuck you and the horse you rode in on" phrase, and while most make sense, it's my experience that these individual metaphors are too specific. The OG definition is: Fuck you; a personal assault on the individual persona: "Fuck you and the horse you rode in on", extending that assault to any and everything associated with that individual.

It is a derogatory manner with which to express insult upon a quote little shit unquote

2) an elevated form of fuck you, usually used when someone continues to ride you in a conversation.
