Among friends of a more intellectual bent, the full version--"Too dopamine to copamine"--is primarily used. Can be combined with phrases such as Too legit to quit, too yay to nay, too whoa to no.

Someone that peaks too soon. Coined in the Mike Meyers, Gwyneth Paltrow movie View From the Top. Used to describe someone that reached their peak too soon, and are headed towards a steady decline in skill, intelligence, etc.
Gwyneth Paltrow: How could I have failed that test? I am at the top of the class!
Mike Meyers: Well...you're a peak-too-sooner. You peaked too soon.

Something you say when one doesn't reply or offends you. It's terms are used sarcastically and usually make the person realize what they did or forgot to do.
