Any irrational hate that is disproportionaly intense to the thing being hated on. Much like the anger shown in cartoons, steam coming out of the ears, face turns bright red. Like Donald Duck or Yosemite Sam.
Me: I hate it it when people have 11 items in the 10 items or less line. I want to tie them up and kill their families in front of them before I take my thumbs and pop both of their eyes.
Friend: Dude, its just an extra item....
Me: I know, I just have cartoon hate.

Originating from lyrics in Ice-T's song "Don't Hate the Playa", it was taken as a motto by the Pick-Up/Seduction community as a way of saying "don't hate the guy who's using seduction technics, hate the system that made him do it".
It is both a justification and critic of the men-women social (and some would say biological) dynamics, that entices men (and sometimes women) learning and using highly elaborate methods, sometimes seen as manipulation or social engineering technics, for the main purpose of seducing a women (or man).
It is often justified as a mean to one's end by the argument that "women are wired either biologically or socially such a way that, you HAVE to follow or use particular steps or methods, either naturally or by learning them, in order to seduce a women". Some people going further argument that "women have no choice in the way their brain and emotion are biologically wired, meaning they have no choice in the way they respond to men and seduction, so men have sometimes no choice but to apply these seductions methods of which the practice is called The Game".

The aftermath of a night rich with hate and anger. The night may have involved the telling off of, or arguments with, one's closest friends, excessively passionate texts, or the open broadcasting of one's own depression to people who could really care less. Such bursts of hate are not drug- or alcohol-fueled but rather driven spontaneously by a mix of deep-seated grudges the brains own chemicals and hormones which, once they have resided, leave the person with nothing in the morning but regret and humiliation.
*Wake up, open phone, flip through texts* Ohhhh fuckkkk did I really call her a slut and talk shit about her boyfriend and say she should've been with me for the past 2 years instead? SHIT! I'm gonna see her at work in like an hour! What the fuck was I thinking? Baaad hate hangover.
