The maternal equivalent of “girl math.” When mentally stressed, resourceful, or street-smart mothers share tips on digital platforms like TikTok and Instagram how they plan their hectic schedules around their children’s sleeping or waking hours, or how they stretch their money to meet their little ones’ needs and wants, without experiencing a mental meltdown.
Mom math is applying home calculus to the family life, by maximizing love, joy, and peace (or minimizing fear, pain, and stress) for family members from limited time or resources.

pushy, obnoxious crazy mothers who force their kids to act, model, dance or enter beauty contests. usually turning them into emotionally scarred adults who hate their parents.

A mom you see on the street dressed in workout clothes either coming back from a spin class, yoga class, or just has a really good body and can rock workout attire. Her kids are almost always gorgeous and you can always assume that she has had some type of smoothie drink at some point in her day.
Carol: Hey Kim where do you think Sarah got those leggings?
Kim: I don't know, but she wears them like everyday, she's such a smoothie mom.
A mom who attends all of their child's soccer games, has has no clue about any of the rules.
Soccer Mom: C'mon goalie, chase the ball across the field!
A woman who has had the awesome pleasure of having a child, but who is quite livid with the circumstances surrounding her life. Circumstances include but are not limited to: dead beat dad's, non supportive family and/or friends, no job, job that doesn't pay enough, lack of help raising said child, etc. These circumstances cause the mother to become extremely irritated which causes a need for the mother to rant constantly.
Wow, her ex husband is a bum that won't help take care of their child and runs off with another girl. No wonder she is a Mad Mom!
