is to basically smoke pot/weed(a.k.a. marijuana)
This is an useful way to talk about doing drugs without adults finding out what you're talking about.

This is the most recent/commonly used term to replace the former and widely used term "smoke weed"

Bread or Loaf Commonly found alongside a road , or wide path. Usually the blompkernickle Bread is left behind by the Infamous Tiffany Blom in large diaper like sacks. possibly cloth diapers made at home by her mom.

That was quite the Blompkernickle bread that girl left behind while running.

A round of bread

A round of bread - Mainly used in context in the west midlands area of Shropshire, England.
When used in context, it means one piece of bread from a loaf.
However it can also be used as "a round of sandwiches" meaning 1 sandwich including 2 pieces of bread.

"How many rounds of bread do you want?"
"Oh, just a round of bread please."
